Welcome to USDTips — a smart, decentralized tipping & referral platform powered by blockchain.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using https://usdtips.com (including usdtip.com), you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. These terms govern your access to all features on the platform, including registrations, tips, token interactions, and user referrals.

2. Project Description

USDTips is a blockchain-powered system where users can join through a referral system, leave USDT-based tips, and earn USTP tokens in return. These tokens represent gratitude from our platform and may hold market value through internal and external exchanges.

3. Registration & Access

  • No registration fees or identity verification required.
  • Users register with a supported crypto wallet (BSC, ETH, or TRC networks).
  • All countries are allowed to participate.
  • Each user is assigned a Personal ID and referral link for inviting others.

4. Tips & Token Rewards

  • Tips are voluntary and non-refundable.
  • 50% of the tip is sent instantly to the user’s inviter account as a thank-you.
  • Further 25% (2nd level), 10% (3rd level), 5% (4th level), 5% (5th level) tips are sent instantly to each user’s inviter account as a thank-you.
    For Example: If A invites B, B invites C, C invites D, D invites E, then for every user F invited by E, the E receives 50%, D gets 25%, C gets 10%, B gets 5% and A gets 5%.
  • The remaining portion rewards the user with an equivalent value in USTP tokens — e.g., 5 USDT → 500 USTP (rate may vary).
  • Users can increase their plan tier through additional tipping or token burning.

5. USTP Token Function

USTP is a BEP-20 token issued on the Binance Smart Chain. It is used for rewards, swaps, ranking, and trust score on the platform.

  • Users can view the token contract: USTP on BscScan
  • Tokens can be burned to increase trust and unlock referral boosters.
  • USTP can be swapped with other users via our internal P2P system.

6. P2P & Swaps

The platform enables a peer-to-peer (P2P) system where users can offer and accept token swaps between USDT and USTP. This feature is managed internally, and users are responsible for verifying recipient details. USDTips is not liable for incorrect transfers or delayed swaps.

7. Withdrawals

  • Withdrawals are only supported on the same network used at registration.
  • Incorrect wallet information may result in loss of funds.
  • USTP token withdrawals occur on Binance Smart Chain only (BEP-20).

8. Prohibited Use

Users agree not to:

  • Use bots or automated scripts to exploit reward systems.
  • Create multiple fake accounts or use identity spoofing.
  • Share malicious links or misleading content related to USDTips.

Violations will result in account suspension and token forfeiture.

9. Intellectual Property

All branding, visuals, names, and UI/UX content are owned by USDTips and may not be reused without written permission.

10. Updates & Changes

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted publicly. Continued use implies acceptance of the latest version.
